Returns of merchandise purchased from this website may be made within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of cost of the merchandise. We will cover all reasonable and customary ground shipping fees if the product was damaged or defective when received by you, or the wrong item was shipped.

Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories with the product to avoid any additional fees. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and in saleable condition. We recommend you return items via UPS ground or insured USPS for proof of delivery. We also recommend that you reuse the original shipping carton and packing materials. No CODs will be accepted.
Typical turnaround time for returns or replacements is about two to four weeks, but may be longer during high volume periods.

2 What is the connection of the Gürdle to Alzheimers Research?
Michelle Bourgeois, CEO of Parnu, Inc., was an avid, frequent traveler to Europe with her mother who was born in Estonia and raised in Sweden. In 2000 Michelle’s mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. The two continued their travels to Europe during her mother’s early stage of Alzheimer’s, however Michelle’s mother had difficulty remembering which piece of luggage was hers. It became a constant struggle for Michelle and her mother to identify her mother’s luggage as the Alzheimer’s grew worse. During this same time frame, Michelle noticed how travelers had difficulty keeping their briefcases together with the rollerbag suitcase. Watching frustrated persons as briefcases fell off the rollerbag while in airports, train stations or walking the down made Michelle think of a new product design. The Gürdle —Keeping it all together™ was born. It also helps individuals better identify their luggage with a colored Gürdle. Michelle’s mother and best friend, Evi Bourgeois, passed away December, 2008. The Gürdle product is in memory of Evi and for each Gürdle sold, Parnu, Inc. will make a donation to Alzheimer’s Research.
3 Do you sell the Gürdle in stores?
Currently the Gürdle is available exclusively online and by phone. We are currently working with several national retailers to make it available in stores at travel locations.
