Returns of merchandise purchased from this website may be made within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of cost of the merchandise. We will cover all reasonable and customary ground shipping fees if the product was damaged or defective when received by you, or the wrong item was shipped.

Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories with the product to avoid any additional fees. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and in saleable condition. We recommend you return items via UPS ground or insured USPS for proof of delivery. We also recommend that you reuse the original shipping carton and packing materials.
No CODs will be accepted.
